PC-12 Jack Adapter
Fusion 360 render gallery — the axle/jack adapter from Arrigetch Design, modeled from the shop drawing. A length of round steel bar with a U-slot milled through one end to cradle the aircraft's jack point.
Built to the dimensioned drawing: 1-15/16″ (1.9375″) cold-rolled steel round bar, 10″ long; 0.6875″ (11/16″) slot milled in from one end, rounded end centered 1.5″ from that end, cut clean through the bar. Tolerance ±0.010″, deburr all edges. Parametric.

Both round ends chamfered lathe-style — 1 mm × 45°, applied before the slot is milled, so the fork-end bevel is interrupted by the slot exactly as turn-then-mill would produce it. The fork edges are then filleted in three separate steps — the top/bottom slot edges in one, and the two through-thickness (zy) pairs separately — so each can take its own radius. All 1 mm for now. The keeper.

A slight 1 mm radius on every edge — matching the drawing's "deburr all edges" note. Softens the bar ends, the slot walls, and the fork tips so nothing is razor-sharp; the 10″ × 1.9375″ envelope is unchanged.

Round bar with a through-slot fork at one end (it stays a single piece — the slot opens from the end). The plain end seats in the jack; the fork straddles the axle/jack point. Modeled parametric:
